StackTeck has added a new technology to its existing
broad range of products and services. This revolutionary
process produces plastic products with both foamed and
conventional wall sections, resulting in thin and thick
sections without cycle time penalties.
Conventional injection molding machines are used for
this patented process. Expanded cross-sections of up to
.25” (6 mm) have been successfully molded in under 3
seconds.
This technology allows final product designs with large
rims to improve hoop strength. Also, designs can include
large stacking shoulders to improve strength and
resistance or hand friendly panels for handling hot
beverages/plates.
